Marketing Analysis


    The MCTEL unique Marketing Analysis feature provides crucial information to mobile operators. It is supplied as a managed service (delivery in a few days from the IMEI list supplied by operator) or as a feature of a turnkey MCTEL Device Management Platform.

    One of MCTEL's strength relies in its detailed device database storing handset characteristics for nearly 10 000 devices. MCTEL analyses what are the proper characteristics of the handsets of the operator's network. It delivers crystal clear reports to the operator Marketing team. This precise knowledge of their subscribers' handset base provides key information to better promote existing services and plan the launch of new ones.

    This information is then used to launch targeted marketing SMS campaigns addressing specific subscribers according to both their personal profile and their handset characteristics. These campaigns can be sent using MCTEL Message Broadcasting solution.

    When the MCTEL Device Management platform is deployed, the handsets are detected through Automatic Device Detection. MCTEL also provides the Marketing Analysis as an outsourced service. In this case, the operator simply provides MCTEL with the list of IMEI on the network.
