MCTEL Device Management Center helps mobile operators to increase ARPU, promote new services, reduce operational costs and fully control handset lifecycle.

This intelligent and proactive device management and provisioning system supports hundreds of existing phone models as well as new phones based on OMA-DM open standard. It offers a complete set of Device Management features such parameter provisioning capabilities for GPRS, WAP, MMS, Email and other settings and OTA firmware update for OMA-DM compliant devices.

Thanks to its features, the mobile user will be able to work with the same data on different devices, and to upgrade to a new device without hassle and keeping its data.

Furthermore, the Device Management Center may host value added applications, either provided turnkey by MCTEL or written by the operator or a third party using our Management Toolbox. Such applications include auto-provisioning, user data backup/restore service, stolen phones management, illegal use tracking, mobile diagnosis and fault reporting.
